Spiky spiky point of view! I think if it weren't a work requirement that I will need to be connected via a smartphone, I may try ditching it for a month. Although... this has really inspired me to try at least... a month! This was awesome. And you remain to be the only person I know in my life that has a light phone.

Now who’s the one with the ‘smart phone’? Funny how this device made us all... a bit distracted or maybe dumber. I love how you highlight all the reasons why you could give in, but none of them will change your mind away from the mental stability. And yes, you are the only person I know now without a phone, but now I’m on the lookout 👀

Now that is a Unique Perspective if ever I read one, Rik. And a very smart one. Particularly as I am exploring the expanding mental health crisis we are having - much of it because we have lost the ability to switch off.

Agreed! And for me (maybe most?) relying on the willpower to 'put it away' simply doesn't work.
