Rick, in my humble opinion, you're a great writer!

Love the observation on cohort based learning, I agree it makes the process more transformational when you are sharing the journey with others.

Hey Brian, thank you so much. As I learned from one of my mentors: 'When people give you complements, ask them to be specific.' So, what exactly is it that you value about my writing? Also, what are some of the CBC's that you've enjoyed the most?

For this particular essay I like how you talked about your transformation from not being a writer to now identifying as one, and doing it in your 40's is also really cool. I think as we age it's easy to fall into habits and not try new things so hats off to you!

I've done a ton of online courses and trainings but the only CBC one I've done is Building a Second Brain, I've looked into Write of Passage as well, good to know you enjoyed it, I love David's podcast.
